Lisis Eco Public
Lisis
Eco Public is a module for the support of the various aspects
of 'diftarization' of the environmental services provided by local
authorities such as municipal door-to-door collection or container
park management.
Diftar stands for DiFferentiated TARification = The 'polluter
pays principle'.
The 'polluter
pays principle' is a policy in which the quantity and the type
of waste is registered for each waste producer. The more waste a
resident produces and offers to be collected the more he will have
to pay.
The aim of the 'polluter
pays principle' is not just to have a fairer distribution of
the removal costs of the waste, but also to reduce the overall amount
of waste by generating awareness among the residents. The 'polluter
pays principle' also leads to a higher level of waste segregation
and sorting at the source which makes the collection and treatment
of that waste more efficient and less costly. The production of
less waste furthermore leads to a lower environmental tax.
The administrative impact of introducing the 'polluter
pays principle' will be significant for you as a local authority.
Our solution ‘Lisis Eco Public’ supports all administrative
aspects of the 'polluter
pays principle' ranging from applications for container parks
and door-to-door collections to the complete administrative and
financial treatment of these data.
Our 'Lisis Eco Public'-software allows you to follow-up the waste
production and costs of the residents in one solution enabling you
to establish an ecologically and economically sound environmental
policy regarding:
- door-to-door collection
- Collection of large household waste on call
- Central management of entrance authorization control (badges),
delivery possibilities and tariffs for one or more container parks
- Collection in sealed collection containers (underground or for
high-rise buildings)
Added value:
To safeguard the income of the local authority a system of prepaid
commission can be implemented. Depending on the type of customer
a system of postpaid invoicing can also be used .
To reach the goal of 100 kg household waste per resident it is
necessary to dispose of a consistent and correct integration with
on-board weighing systems and weighing systems at the recycling
park.
Access to the recycling park and to undergound containers can be
linked to the electronic ID card. Registration of the De toegang
tot het containerpark en de ondergrondse containers wordt gelinkt
aan de elektronische
ID-kaart. Registration of the waste disposal
can be executed with or without weighing.
Provide the resident with as much insight in his waste production
as possible by implementing e-services.
Payment management: import bank files, activate direct debit, Isabel
and Coda, automatic checking payments,...
Variable prices for different types of customers such as people
with a second residency, SMBs or youth organisations can easily
be defined. Taking into account family composition our social target
groups is necessary possibly in combination with prepaid commission.
Eco Public can be integrated with the Civil Registry allowing for
modifications and additions of residents to be registered automatically.
By using different reports and overviews data can be displayed
in orderly and easy manner which is essential for company management.
Continuous motivation of and communication with the residents:
complaint management, container replacements, reparation requests,
with digital links to mails and correspondance. Uploading new municipalities
and relations with a.o. structured street management: dedoubling
data and data control.
Lisis Eco Public software has been developed specifically
for municipalities and local authorities that want to implement
the 'polluter
pays principle'. Lisis Eco Public currently services 1 million
residents.
